If you are having difficulty accessing the JICS student portal or your Pearson textbook materials through your cell phone, Ipad, Macbook or other device, trying changing to another browser such as Google Chrome.
1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Chrome on the App Store.
2. Tap Get.
3. Tap Install.
4. Enter your Apple ID Password and tap OK. See more

Download & install Google Chrome - Android devices
Open the Google Chrome download in your mobile browser. With most Android devices, Google Chrome is already the default browser. If you're trying to troubleshoot Chrome, you'll need to uninstall it before trying to install it again.[2]
