Description

This three credit hour course is designed for students who wish to improve their personal fitness through a planned program of diet and exercise. Activities in the course will provide the student with the opportunity for limited participationin acrobics, table tennis, badminton, and bowling. A study of the history and priciples of physical education is also included.
