Description
The focus of this thee credit hour course is the process of case management. Students develop a basic understanding of the chief concepts of case management including the goals and principals. Particular attention is paid to the three-step case management process. They learn to view clients through the lens of the ecosystems theory and strengths perspective and to complete a 10 domain assesment; develop goal focused plans using the SMART format and identify a range of possible interventions.
