Description
This course is an introduction to the stages of group development along with the decision-making techniques and the intra-and inter-personal dynamics within small groups. Students will study experiential theories and techniques in relation to group guidance and group counseling. Emphasis will be placed on group problems and problem solving, resolution skills, leadership styles cultural sensitivty and legal issues related to group interventions.
